Who we are
AscendX is a business growth platform. The data controller is Product Specialists Ltd (trading as AscendX), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in London. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Details you give us: such as your name, email, business name and website when you book a session, complete an assessment or contact us.
- Assessment responses: answers you provide in the Health Check or questionnaire. The on-page Health Check runs in your browser and is not sent to us unless you choose to book.
- Usage data: standard analytics such as pages viewed and general location, collected to improve the site.
How we use it
- To prepare for and deliver your Revenue Strategy Session and any work you engage us for.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To improve our website and services.
- To send you information you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (for example, when you submit a form or subscribe), on the performance of a contract (to deliver services you request), and on our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business), under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, currently Cloudflare (website hosting), GoHighLevel (contact management, scheduling and email) and Meta Platforms (Facebook advertising and conversion measurement), and where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to run the site. On some pages, including landing pages we link to from our advertising, we also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets advertising cookies so we can measure how our ads perform and show relevant offers to people who have visited us. You can control advertising cookies through your browser settings and your Facebook ad preferences. If we introduce general website analytics in future, we will ask for your agreement first.
